The information I will be introducing at this time is that the connection to the
LAN or the desktop is normally connected to the desktop.
However, in some cases, the Internet can not connect because of an unidentified network
error that can not find Ethernet on the computer itself.
This is a frequent symptom that occurs frequently when you reconfigure
your computer or when you change your router.
Today I will introduce two ways to solve this symptom.
[Change Control Panel Network Settings]
The first method is to enter the control panel to change the network configuration.
For the first time, please enter the control panel.
If you check the control panel, you can see the network status and task
under Network and Internet. Please click on it.
If you enter network status and task view, you will see this screen.
Here you will see "Ethernet" on the right side of the active network.
Please click on this.
If you click on it, you will see a new window like the picture on the left.
If this window pops up, please enter the property at the bottom left.
If you go in, you will go to the new screen like the picture on the right.
Next, press the configuration button that appears in the upper right corner.
Click the Configure button and a new window will appear as shown on the left. Upper
After clicking on the Advanced bar, there will be a lot of words in the property.
If you look closely, you'll see the word IPv4, IPv6 in the next bracket.
This is an error caused by IPv6. Please click on it and change the value from Enabled to Disabled.
This will resolve any reasonable Ethernet errors.
[2nd update of Internet driver]
The second method is to enter the Device Manager and update the Internet driver.
If you press the window key + X in the window, you will see various menu like the picture above.
Please enter "Device Manager" from there.
If you go into Device Manager, you will see this screen.
There are a lot of network adapter in the menu, please click on it.
Then right click on the first icon just below and update the driver.
I did not use the first method, but the second method was used to connect the Internet.
Today we've provided two ways to troubleshoot unidentified networks.
